Q5. How will the teacher see what actions the student is taking?
During the lesson, children share their screen, and the teacher monitors all tasks being completed. Since the groups are small—6 students—each child receives adequate attention.
Q6. What if we go on vacation or the child gets sick?
If you miss a lesson or even several sessions for any reason, we will schedule a make-up session with the teacher so your child can catch up with the group. If catching up isn’t feasible, we can transfer your child to another group or create a new group tailored to their needs, allowing them to resume from where they left off at a convenient time.
Q7. Will there be recordings of the lessons?
We can record the lesson for quality control purposes. The client can always opt out of having the lesson recorded.
Q8. How many times a week will the classes be held?
We offer two formats: individual and parallel, as well as summer/winter intensives. In the parallel format, classes are usually held 1 or 2 times a week. In the summer intensive, lessons take place every day from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. We can adjust the frequency based on your needs.
Q9. Can the class schedule be changed after the course has started?
Yes, it can. You can switch to a different group at any time for any reason (time conflict, dissatisfaction with the teacher, insufficient or excessive workload, etc.).
