If any issues arise, our technical support and teachers are always available to help.
Some assignments are done in online programs where you only need to register. If any software installation is required, we’ll send you detailed instructions, and our technical specialist will assist you if any difficulties arise.
Lessons are conducted on the Zoom // Discord platform using a computer or laptop. A tablet or phone is not sufficient for classes, as professional software is used.
The teacher may assign additional tasks during the lesson and more advanced homework. Additionally, we can transfer your child to a group with more advanced students.
